I counsel adults around a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and self esteem. ??My core training is in Transactional Analysis (TA) counselling and psychotherapy and I have additional training and experience in working with people who have been to residential/boarding school. ??I work in person in Hove and online and offer both short and long term counselling. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Group Analysis, hold their Diploma in Groupwork Practice and run a therapeutic support group for ex boarders in Hove. My style is gentle, empathic and holding. ?I am a member of NCPS and UKATA, abide by their codes of ethics and am fully insured.
