I offer psychotherapy consultations by telephone or Zoom or face-to-face to assist individuals in considering what form of therapy might best suit their needs. I conduct a once-weekly analytic psychotherapy group on Wednesday evenings (commenced 2002) and I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My experience includes 10 years as a Consultant Psychotherapist in a NHS mental health trust with Lead responsibilities for psychological therapies, 4 years as a senior group therapist in another NHS trust and 15 years as a specialist social worker. and consultant/ trainer in the disability and child protection field. I convened the Introductory Course in Group Analysis in Brighton for 13 years and also served as Chair of the IGA Board of Trustees for 5 years. Since 2018, I have worked exclusively in private practice in Brighton.
