I am a group analyst /psychotherapist with over 30 years experience in the NHS where I managed a group analytic group service in west London and also at King's College London .Previously I trained as a probation officer and was the director of a centre for offenders run on therapeutic community lines integrating group analytic groups.in the 80s.I have recently retired from public service and established a small private practice in group and individual supervision,reflective practice ,group consultancy and some individual patients. I have recently worked as a supervisor on the IGA diplomas in both Reflective Practice and Supervision. I have recently begun as a supervisor on the IGA diploma courses on Reflective Practice In Organisations and Supervision of supervision. I
